I did go to the gym Friday night after all, and I had an incredible workout.    Yesterday I wasn’t sore at all and was feeling kinda … smug, really.  Today?  Can hardly move.

My mother comes back tomorrow from a month away.  Seems like I barely got a break, 'cause she was calling me nearly every day, and already she's headed home to torture me locally.  What's worse is that Saturday is her birthday, so naturally I'm on duty for the entire day.  Any suggestions for b-day activities with Mom?
